Puppy yoga provides the perfect atmosphere to help you relax and de-stress with your friends and some adorable furry friends. This session will feature a litter of Springer Spaniel puppies.

The venue location will be emailed to all attendees 48 hours before but will be within 10 minutes of Liverpool City Centre. Please check your spam folders for the location email. The location changes regularly and is not the one pinned or on Google, we are not responsible for late arrival/missing the class if you do not check your email. 

The session will include 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of puppy playtime. The puppies will not be directly involved in any yoga positions but will be free to move, play, and cuddle during the yoga class as part of their socialisation and development.
